Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds, returns or order cancellations. Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item! I do my best to disclose any imperfections a product may have as well as the pieces measurements.

 Lost/Delayed Packages

Once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail as it is in USPS's hands.  Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package. Insurance is automatically added to your cart at checkout, I recommend purchasing insurance in case your package egts lost.

Missing/Damaged Items

If there is a missing item please email lilikoicrystals@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and I will be happy to help. If an item is delivered to you broken you will have to contact your local post office. As a precaution I always recommend to insure your order, insurance is automatically added to your order at checkout.
