Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Liliko'i's Crystals offers worldwide shipping.

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Ethical sourcing is my main concern when it comes down to supplying crystals fro you guys. I make the best effort to only work with suppliers that can share their sourcing process through pictures and videos. I work with independent miners, family owned businesses and larger wholesale suppliers whom I all trust greatly. I wouldn't be buying from my suppliers if I felt their sourcing wasn't ethical, but since I am not there in person watching every single step of the process happen I can't confirm that everything I sell is ethically source.

What is your processing time?

Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be processed and dropped off at USPS. Processing time does not include shipping time.

What happens if my crystal is delivered broken?

I am not responsible or liable for lost parcels or damages done to your package once I have dropped it off at the post office. To protect yourself from this, please purchase insurance (OR select Priority Mail or UPS shipping, which comes with $ 100 insurance).
